Truly a gem in Phuket . From the front desk to the houskeeping team to food and beverage . You can feel the warmth and the geniuity across the hotel . The rooms are well appointment and spacious we were in. Family rooms which has a balcony . The breakfast is a great spread offering something for all including Thai delicacies . We dined in the rooftop restaurant that made some good cocktails . We are very grateful to the entire team as our son was unwell and the doctor reponse was excellent this couldn’t have been done special mention of Khun Vansh and his team specially the night manager . In proximity of the hotel there are many things to do eat drink convenient to the beach also We look forward to another stay in the future

We were greeted and checked in to the hotel by Ploy, who was amazing. Her customer service was incredible, having just done a tour through parts of Asia on this trip, I can honestly say that her professionalism and friendliness was the best that we had experienced.She explained everything in detail and also gave us a room upgrade and a tour of the hotel and all its facilities. The hotel and room are incredible, our room had a view of the mountains, which makes our final stop the best of this Asia trip.

Wonderful stay at this hotel, in a great location with a lovely pool and  a short walk to Karon beach and its amazing white sand and sunsets.The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble for them.Special mentions to Sun, the duty manager, who helped us with an extra set of curtains when we had a slight problem with morning sunlight coming into the room.Also sous chef Jatin Shama who told us everything about the delicious food and offered to make us anything we'd like.We met him at the breakfast buffet, which is outstanding in its choice and quality, and also ate at his Chard restaurant in the evening where we were also really impressed with the standard of cuisine and service.Also many thanks to Nut, Nice and K for the lifts to the beach in the buggy and arranging cars for us every day to see the sights of Phuket...and to trainee Zi for some help with money-changing!All in all, have nothing but praise for this establishment and its people and can thoroughly recommend.

The bed and the pillows are soft and very comfortable. I like the decorations (the lights, etc) in the room. Also, the swimming is very clean and they have swimming pool towels for us in our room. Bathroom and towels are clean and staffs are friendly. Breakfast was good, we get to make the juice by ourself so it’s very fresh!

We absolutely loved our cooking class with Chef pang !!! She was so welcoming and explained all of the ingredients and cooking steps.this was one of our favorite experiences in Phuket and we are thankful for the opportunity to make authentic Thai dishes ourselves.
